Panic attacks are the worst. Your heart is racing, your fingers and other limbs are numb, you can't stand straight because your getting dizzy. You just feel like your having a heart attack and on top of that your thoughts are racing uncontrollably. A panic attack is not a pleasant experience. Increasing focus on something helps you relax and do something constructive with your time. For some people video games excite the senses so stay away from them if you have that problem. Reading can be very relaxing and increase your knowledge if you read something educational.
Take a Walk
Walking can be the most relaxing activity you can do. Taking a stroll in an area that is quite and pleasant can really boost your spirit, give you time to organize thoughts, and improve your physical condition. You can breath in some fresh air and take in the sites with a slow steady walk through a park.
